Key Information:

• Must be able to greet visitors, answer, and direct calls, and ensure the office is well maintained.
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 40 hours per week.
• Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
• Health benefits and vacation pay offered.

Job Description:

• Answering and directing calls.
• Greeting visitors.
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries.
• Organizing and ordering office supplies on a weekly basis.
• Sorting and directing mail.

Experience and Certification Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in a customer service role or equivalent is required.
• Outgoing, and enthusiastic personality is an asset.
• Must have strong organization skills.
• Must be able to follow basic instructions.
• A reliable means of transportation is required.
• Proficient English language skills required.

Education: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
