ROBINSON Lighting & Bath Receptionists are the first and last point of contact for customers and are key to ensuring a great experience.
We are looking for someone with experience providing general reception & administrative support in a public facing setting. The ideal candidate brings an understanding of what customer service is and how to leave a great impression.
This position will have a schedule of Tuesday to Saturday.
What you will do:
- You are the director of first & last impressions and will be responsible for ensuring quality & responsive service to ROBINSON customers in person, by email, and over the phone
- Work closely with the entire Showroom team to provide reception & administrative support with appointments, order entry, payment processing, and vendor & customer follow-up
- Ensure that the pricing & product information on store tags are accurate
- Be a relationship builder! Every day you will work with external and internal customers providing solutions and adding value
- Be a key player in ensuring the customer experience is easy and enjoyable
- You connect with the ROBINSON brand, aesthetics & values
- You have proven experience providing general reception & administrative support in a public facing setting and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
- You handle all situations with grace and have a genuine desire to assist others
- You are detail-oriented and have a knack for solving problems
- You can learn and navigate through various computer systems and applications
