Primary Activities:
- Provide professional, courteous in-person and telephone reception using a multi-line phone system
- Greet client(s)
- Responsible for setting appointments for client(s)
- Dispatch and receive courier packages (and prepare courier labels)
- Sort incoming mail daily and distribute; process outgoing mail daily
- Fax documentation
- Prepare, edit and proofread a wide variety of documents
- File Court documents, when needed
- Remain available at reception throughout the day
- Provide administrative support to staff as required
- Responsibilities are subject to change; other duties may be assigned as required
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience (Preferred)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on delivery of excellent service to our clients
- Relevant post-secondary education
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word
- Above average verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication/customer service skills
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable
