Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary

- Take customer orders, process some payments

- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records

- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members

- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Skills:

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone calls professionally

- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Previous experience in a front desk or clerical role is preferred but not required
