Receptionist

We are offering part time employment.

We prefer candidates with experience using:

*TELUS Health- Direct Billing Portal

*JaneApp Booking System

*MVA claims

*WCB claims

*Medical documentation

We are also looking for candidates with skills in:

*Communicating clearly and professionally in- person and on the telephone

*Multitasking

*Staying professional in difficult situations

*Higher level of computer skills

*Letter writing

*E-mail correspondence

This position will will be be at least 2 shifts per week with plenty f options to cover holidays and sick calls. Please be prepared to work closer to full time for the first three weeks while training.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• Day shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
