Receptionist

A small Lethbridge law firm is seeking a friendly individual to join our team as receptionist.

Responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting clients;

• Answering and fielding phone calls;

• Ordering and maintaining office supplies;

• Dealing with couriers, daily mail, various law firms and suppliers;

• Performing conflict checks, and booking consultations; and

• Other tasks that may be deemed appropriate.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills;

• Ability to prioritize and multitask;

• Ability to adapt to change with ease; and,

• Problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable and efficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
