Receptionist

• Candidate who is eager to be a part of our team, be friendly, enthusiastic, approachable, & courteous. Individual must be able to troubleshoot new situations thoughtfully in person and on computer program. Juvonno is the software we use knowledge is an asset but not required. Individual will be part of a busy clinic.
• Skills required are multitasking, works well as a team, patient, compassionate, knowledge of basic medical terms, & works efficiently. Individual is required to greet all patients with a smile, check them in/out, take payment, bill insurance, complete reports , send & receive faxes, answer phone calls, disinfect and clean.
