Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and direct them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Connect incoming calls and respond to email queries.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and couriers.
- Book and set up meeting rooms as required.
- Order food and supplies for office lunches and client meetings when required.
- Manage office inventory such as stationery, and business cards.
- Handle printing and photocopying requests.
- Compile data, and create reports and documents as requested.
- Ensure overall office cleanliness, and coordinate with maintenance contractors.
- Provide administrative support for various teams when necessary.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication skills; in-person and over the phone.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional composure.
- Professional, self-motivated, and able to work well independently.
- Possess active listening skills with a positive, friendly attitude when greeting clients.
- Flexible to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change.
