About this role
We are looking for a Receptionist + Entry Clerk to join our team at our Vancouver-based office! OSF Head Office provides accounting services, operations support and administrative assistance for our restaurants.
The Receptionist + Entry Clerk will carry out reception duties, perform general office administration and assist with processing accounts payable. You will work with the Accounting Team and report to the Accounting Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to enhance their proficiency and knowledge in the restaurant industry.
Main responsibilities
- Assist Accounting Team with processing accounts payable by managing vendor correspondence, compiling documents and entering invoices into the accounting software
- Maintain recordkeeping of invoices, compliance files and other documents
- Answer phones, address guest questions and direct general inquiries to the correct individuals
- Greet and handle office visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming packages for the office
- Perform general office administration duties (retrieve and sort mail, maintain office supplies inventory, order service for office equipment)
- Complete other ad-hoc duties when requested (producing additional reports, compiling and organizing data)
