Receptionist -Front Desk

Jobworks Employment Education Programs Inc. invites applications to fill a part-time term receptionist position beginning February 2024. The end date of this position is to be determined.

Qualifications:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proven office management/administrative experience

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem solving skills

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· Proven skills in data entry

· Experience cash balancing and handling

· Able to work as a team and independently

· Must have a Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector) and Child Abuse Registry Check that are current within three months
