Receptionist

We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. As part of our team, it is a must to have strong communication and organizational skills, and be

able to greet and assist patients in a professional, friendly manner. This position

would be full-time Monday to Friday 9 am – 6 pm. Must have the flexibility to stay late when needed.

Key Qualities/responsibilities needed:

· Provide support to the doctors as needed in each room

· Booking and scheduling for both doctors

· Ability to greet and assist patients in a professional manner while

maintaining front desk administrative tasks

· Strong computer knowledge and keyboarding skills with experience in MS

Office, billing, and Insurance software. (Willing to train the right candidate).

• High energy, willing to speak with people & able to work with a smile - must be comfortable interacting on the phone/email
• Being organized & having attention to detail

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $17- $18 (Willing to train.)

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

• Overtime pay

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
