Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Data entry, registering & updating patient demographics and maintain electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy
- Invoicing and collecting payment for services, running day end reports
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality & privacy

A successful candidate will have:

• Previous reception and/or administrative experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a medical practice/medical aesthetics clinic is an asset

• Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records

• Experience with the Telus Health EMR system and/or the Jane App an asset

• Ability to learn quickly & be resourceful

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills

Salary: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Calgary, AB T2S 3E6 (required)
