Temporary Part Time
Temporary Part-time position, anticipated to extend until March 28, 2025, subject to the availability of work.
Working with the Human Resources team, the Recruitment Support Assistant facilitates and coordinates the flow of recruitment in concert with the Human Resources Consultants/Associate to ensure a single point of contact for the operational leader and to ensure the recruitment metrics are achieved and there is consistent application and approach of recruitment. This role will provide support to the Consultant/Associate by responding to questions from leaders and employees/candidates related to recruitment and the recruitment process and responding to general recruitment enquires that would otherwise not require a Consultant to respond.
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary diploma in Human Resources and two years' Human Resources administrative experience. Essential qualifications include: superior customer service skills; strong ability to coordinate and follow up with colleagues to ensure consistent practice, impeccable attention to detail; demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and utilize time efficiently; good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team and meet multiple demands; escalate situations in a manner to ensure outcomes and deadlines are met; exercises considerable judgment, tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential and/or sensitive nature. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate intermediate computer skills specifically in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite including: 60 words per minute typing (wpm), Excel (including v-look ups), Word, and PowerPoint as well as knowledge of HRIS and recruitment databases.

Immunization Requirements
- Provide documentation you have received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine (primary series, boosters and/or XBB) OR one dose of XBB vaccine at least 14 days prior to the start date
- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox)
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
