You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the tenant experience in the absence of the Building Manager during every weekend and Statutory holiday (8 hour day shifts).

Your responsibilities included but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Cover the Resident Managers days off (every Saturday and Sunday) and provide holiday and coverage as needed
- Enforce the provisions of the Residential Tenancy Act
- Manage all building maintenance requirements to the highest standards. This includes cleaning all common areas, landscaping, supervising contractors, logging work performed, conducting minor repairs and attending emergency calls
- Prepare vacant suites for new residents by completing necessary repairs, upgrades and/or cleaning
- Show suites to potential tenants
- Provide superior customer service, dealing effectively and fairly with resident requests and concerns in a timely fashion, involving the Property Manager when necessary

Qualifications:
- Experience in building management/maintenance, hospitality, or seniors housing is an asset
- Solid general maintenance and repair capabilities
- Clean and professional appearance, presentable to the public at all times
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen to others, collaborate and resolve conflict
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Energetic, responsive team player with the ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle at all times during employment
- Completion of a criminal record check satisfactory to the employer
- Ability to work flexible hours
