We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. ```Duties```

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training

- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards

- Implement and enforce food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations

- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials

- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any concerns

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience in corporate restaurant management or a similar role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques

- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
