Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Acquisition:

• Proactively initiate and manage cold calling campaigns to introduce our premium cannabis products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying strategic partnership opportunities.

Precise Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Execute precise and timely data entry tasks, supporting operational efficiency.

Analytical Reporting:

• Generate detailed weekly and monthly sales reports by analyzing data trends.
• Provide actionable insights to the management team for informed decision-making.

Product Compliance and Submission:

• Facilitate the submission process for new cannabis products, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of new products into the market.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales administration or a related field.
• Exceptional cold calling abilities with a focus on relationship-building.
• Proficient in data entry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
• Knowledge or experience in the cannabis industry is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
