Position Overview:
As a Safety Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of safety consultants in delivering top-notch services to our clients. You will be responsible for administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of our projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety assessments, reports, and client information.
• Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project schedules, meetings, and site visits for safety consultants.
• Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary documentation.
• Data Entry and Analysis: Input data from safety assessments and inspections into our database systems and assist in analyzing trends and patterns.
• Compliance Assistance: Support the team in ensuring that clients meet regulatory requirements by assisting in the preparation of compliance documents and reports.
• Training Logistics: Coordinate logistics for safety training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors for procurement of safety equipment and materials as needed.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the safety consulting team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in conducting quality checks on reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the safety administration function.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
