Sales And Inventory Data Analyst (Seasonal)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual that is efficient and proficient in data organization to join our team as our Seasonal Sales and Inventory Data Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the team, with a particular emphasis on capturing and interpreting sales & Inventory Data

Training Dates : April 3-4th

Full-Time Start Date: April 8th

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 or 11:00 am start (8 hrs)
• Saturdays: 8:00 or 9:00am start (4 hrs)

Duration: 9 to 10 weeks

Rate of Pay: $1200/week depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management:
• Capture and interpret data to develop comprehensive reporting to support ordering decision making process
• Inventory Replenishment:
• Plan and project inventory replenishment for multiple locations to meet set out deadlines
• Reporting:
• Prepare detailed reports relating to sales, inventory and program fulfillment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized and be able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
• Orderly & Proficient user of Excel operations- must have
• Ability to capture and interpret data effectively.
• Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is highly desirable
