Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative sales support

• Process account orders via email or phone

• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

• Maintain and update sales and customer records

• customer inventory management

• Develop monthly sales reports

• Communicate important feedback from customers internally

• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment

• Experience in sales, customer service and e-commerce

• Experience with Fishbowl Inventory system an asset

• Ability to work independently with above average time management skills

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
