Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative sales support
- Process account orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- customer inventory management
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in sales, customer service and e-commerce
- Experience with Fishbowl Inventory system an asset
- Ability to work independently with above average time management skills
