Sales Assistant

```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales documents
- Assist with lead generation activities by conducting market research and identifying potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and update sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and business development strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
