Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to sell products and services effectively
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology-related products is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise displays
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus for assisting diverse customers
