Our Esthetically trained staff work one on one with clients to find a routine that works not only for their skin but for their lifestyle. We are committed to helping our clients understand their skin and teaching them not only how to use your home care, but why. We want to give that “WOW" factor for every guest that walks through the door. We have recently expanded our operations to West Kelowna and are now building our team for this location. The successful candidate will play a key role in partnering with the business to grow its market presence and operations.

Your Position Responsibilities

A Sales Associate at La Creme is an individual who enjoys the art of customer service. As the first face of the brand, they help to lay the foundation for an incredible guest experience. Alongside delivering an excellent customer service experience to our guests, the Sales Associate helps to promote the activities of the business and partners with other team members to ensure the boutique is running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is someone who also has an interest and/or proven experience in providing skincare treatments and body services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Operational

• Provide guests with a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment
• Work with other team members to provide a premium guest experience
• Possess a strong understanding of products and service offerings at La Crème
• Explain products and services to guests as required
• Manage guest communications (over phone, emails, in person, or other platforms)
• Manage matters relating to the guest experience (like managing bookings and processing guest payment)
• Schedule and adjust client appointments as appropriate
• Take ownership for the opening and closing of the store and ensuring there is someone at the front of house whenever the store is open
• Maintain the presentation of the boutique and private treatment room(s)
• Work with relevant stakeholder to develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays
• Assist with preparing the private treatment room(s) for the Esthetician
• Work effectively both within a team and autonomously
• Check guests in and out
• Support in the training of new team members as appropriate
• Be open to train in and provide La Creme services to clients
• Perform other duties as required

Who You Are

Qualifications and experience

• Are able to proactively drive sales and promote market presence
• Prior relevant experience in a guest facing role or open to training
• Cash handling experience using POS system or cashier register
• Sales and customer service experience
• Effective public speaking skills and presence

• Able to advise clients and stakeholders
• Able to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
• Dependable, disciplined, self-driven and enterprising

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
