This is a pet supply store. Sales associates play an important role in daily operations, including welcoming customers to the store, answering any questions customers may have about products and care, attending to customer purchases and orders, and assisting with daily maintenance tasks around the store. The successful candidate will be honest, hard-working and reliable.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Answering customer queries in person, on the phone, or by email
- Selling products
- Maintaining stock levels
- Keeping the store clean and tidy
- Assembling items
- Packing
- Reorganizing products
- Handling shipments
- Some heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs.
The store hours of operation are 10:00 am to 5:30 pm from Tuesday through Saturday, and 12:00am to 5:00pm on Sunday. Tuesday shifts range from 5-7 hours.
