Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in propelling our business growth to new heights. As a seasoned professional, you will lead the charge in executing advanced sales and Business Development strategies, fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external sales teams, and strategically engaging key stakeholders. Your proven expertise will drive revenue generation and establish our organization as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of creating and implementing comprehensive sales and Business Development strategies that will not only meet but exceed revenue and profit objectives.
- Leverage your seasoned perspective to analyze sales data, identify emerging trends, and translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies for optimizing sales performance.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including new and recurring customers, distributors, and external sales teams, ensuring mutual growth and success.
- Collaborate with multifunctional departments, such as engineering, production, brand communications, and finance, to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives harmonized with the broader business plan.
- Act as a liaison between Engineering and Sales, ensuring congruence between company products/services and the evolving demands of the market.
- Deploy your expert market acumen to evaluate market trends and customer requisites, pinpointing and capitalizing on growth opportunities that position us as market leaders.
- Utilize your experience to adeptly address customer inquiries, serving as the final point of escalation, while ensuring utmost satisfaction for customers and the company.
- Oversee and orchestrate comprehensive sales training for both internal and external representatives, utilizing your extensive knowledge to elevate their skills and performance.
- Drive the orchestration of win-win scenarios, striking a harmonious balance between operational efficacy and customer contentment, thus enhancing retention and loyalty.
- Lead the creation and strategic distribution of indispensable sales and Business Development resources, spanning marketing assets, pitch decks, business proposals, and diverse developmental endeavors.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of distinguished experience in progressively challenging roles within sales and Business Development, ideally showcased in the manufacturing or product distribution sector.
- A demonstrable history of consistently driving substantial revenue growth and executing sales objectives with a strategic mindset.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and adeptness in fostering strong relationships across diverse stakeholders, epitomizing effective leadership.
- Exhibit expertise in component part manufacturing processes, coupled with a comprehensive grasp of cutting-edge technologies.
