Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Professional at Kia Red Deer.

Responsibilities Include, but not Limited to:

• Meet and greet every customer that walks through the doors
• Focus on expanding customer base and strengthening the loyalty of existing customers
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of different vehicles, their features and characteristics of own brands and competitive models
• Address and overcome objections that may arise
• Explain pricing and payment plans to customers
• Follow and adhere to the sales process outlined by Kia Red Deer
• Maintain a high level of Kia training

Skills and Attributes:

• No experience required!!!!
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create relationships with customers
• Ability to listen and ask appropriate questions to ensure the customer’s needs are met
• Ability to negotiate, explain, and assist customers to ensure they are placed in the vehicle that matches their needs and interests
• Must be computer literate with the ability to use a variety of programs and learn other programs easily
• Valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $32,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
