Responsibilites:
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to all customers
- Assist customers in vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product features & benefits
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers & follow up with customers
- Perform high-quality product presentations on new & pre-owned vehicles
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or product advising is an asset
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong Focus on customer service/ customer experience
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license

Salary: $33,964.77-$150,000.00 per year
