We are searching for an exceptionally talented results-driven and highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our growing Sales & Design team and help us deliver on our customer promise.
This person thrives on building relationships and creating successful sales strategies to drive sales results. This person is responsible for the overall success of the sales division with a strong focus on hitting company sales goals. This person will collaborate with the internal sales team and manage external sales partners. This person will also work directly with our customers (end-users and investors). This is an exceptional growth opportunity for the right candidate.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Working with internal sales team and managing external sales partners
- Responsible for creating sales strategies and programs to drive sales results in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Engage and deliver presentations to broker agencies to educate about Fusion Homes communities
- Represent Fusion Homes at industry, trade and networking events as required
- Be the first point of contact for prospective purchasers with a large focus on lead generation
- Prepare Purchase and Sale Agreements, and related documents with accuracy
- Manage the daily operations of the Model Homes and Sales Centres
- Provide insights to internal stakeholders on opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Continuously improve upon sales processes and prospecting initiatives
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5-7 years of experience in a sales role or equivalent
- Highly motivated with a demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets and providing outstanding customer service
- Driven, ambitious, self-starter with exceptional management skills
- Extremely organized, efficient, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Working Hours:
- Monday: 11:00am - 7:00pm
- Tuesday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Wednesday: 11:00am - 7:00pm
- Thursday: OFF
- Friday: OFF
- Saturday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
- Sunday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
