Steele Auto Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team at Anchor Toyota!
As a Sales Manager with Anchor Toyota, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve revenue goals. If you're a dynamic leader with a passion for achieving sales excellence, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to drive success and drive profits for our organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor department profitability and take responsibility for corrective measures
- Maintain and control vehicle inventory
- Used vehicle procurement
- Work cohesively with other dealership departments to ensure ultimate functionality
- Lead, coach and mentor staff and take your team to the finish line
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- A proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets
- 3-5 years previous automotive sales experience
- Valid driver's license & acceptable driver's abstract
