Sales Representative

We are currently looking for a salesperson to join our team . Harding Forklift is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and with our Yale truck line we deliver quality products. We are looking for a hardworking motivated individual. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills are essential.

vUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responding to inquiries request for quotes
• Maintaining and servicing existing customer base
• Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products
• Providing product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on quotes
• Developing and maintaining new customers
• Working closely with other departments and partners to ensure customer service

• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to warm up and develop instant rapport with potential customers, develop long term relationships and generate referrals from your customers
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
• Time and territory management & multitasking skills to serve several customers at the same time

• Outgoing personality
• Strong computer skills
• Self-motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
• Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
