We seek a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record in driving sales growth through effective lead generation and nurturing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in the entire sales development cycle, from prospecting and outreach to qualifying leads and setting appointments.
As an SDR, you will collaborate closely with sales teams to understand target markets and customer profiles, proactively identifying opportunities for business expansion. Your role involves utilizing diverse channels, including but not limited to, outbound calls, emails, and social media, to engage potential clients and nurture them through the sales funnel.
The preferred candidate will possess a background in sales or business development, complemented by a keen understanding of customer needs. Success in this role hinges on your ability to articulate product/service benefits persuasively and build relationships that contribute to the growth of our client base.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive prospecting and lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Utilize various communication channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media, to engage with prospects and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs, ensuring alignment with the company's product or service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to gain insights into target markets, customer profiles, and emerging business opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for Sales Representatives, facilitating the transition of qualified leads into the sales process.
- Continuously monitor and assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt and refine lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads and prospects in the company's CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and suggest areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry developments, product updates, and competitive offerings to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Demonstrate a commitment to achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role within a sales or business development environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to articulate product or service benefits effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant sales tools to manage and track leads effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to adapt strategies to changing dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: $57,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
