Job Description :
You will be the Face of the brand! and have to have multiple High Sales skills for successful operation!
The Sales Representative will be responsible for representing the company before existing and new clients within an assigned area. This will require the ability to make sure that the clients are going to perform all their needs with us! This position has a strong focus on sales skills and then training of other team members.
Role and requirements :
- Very strong sales skills with very high motivation for sales and commissions ! In a very competitive Industry /environment!
- Supervise and assess team members, and adjust training where needed.
- Attract, retain and develop high potential talent.
- Model and promote the Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics and Values.
- Act as a team role model and change-agent.
- Positively lead and influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals.
- Coordinate team efforts, build and lead a regional strategy and team operating plan.
- Actively engage in utilizing company methodologies to increase efficiency and margins.
- Improve the efficiency of daily operations through standardization of processes.
- Coordinate sales service with other service departments and operating areas.
- Lead all aspects of the creation and management of territory and account strategies to deliver on price and mix objectives.
- Ability to work 5,6 days a week in shifts - 9 am-7 pm Toronto time zone Monday-Saturday.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 2+ years successful Sales Experience or equivalent with 5+ years Sales Management Experience preferred.
- Skilled in effectively mentor, coaching, and developing solid Sales and negotiation skills within the sales team.
- Experienced business insight; ability to understand short and long-term consequences.
- Demonstrated successful sales experience in a sales position that involved sophisticated transactions with upper-level management positions or similar experience.
- Skilled in developing sales penetration and growth strategies at targeted accounts.
- Excellent customer needs assessment skills.
- Expert negotiation skills/experience.
- Excellent financial skills and business acumen.
- Skilled in conducting territory analysis and planning.
- Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on sophisticated business issues.
- Excellent understanding of the product and technical information.
- Expert oral, written, and presentation skills.
