Sales Representative

Sales Representative Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to lead our brand's expansion on Vancouver Island. This part-time summer postion offering hands-on experience in promoting our Meal Prep Kits and Mountain Meals within the food and outdoor industry. Responsibilities:
- Act as a Sales Representative at local farmers markets as well as participate in other promotional activities. Responsibilities include transporting and setting up booth materials, engaging with customers to provide product information and encourage purchases, embodying the company's values as a brand ambassador, collecting customer feedback, and tailoring sales strategies based on market dynamics.
- Utilize Square point-of-sale system, payment processing system, and software for invoicing and inventory management, ensuring efficient and accurate transactions and streamlined financial operations.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must have their own vehicle to use at work.

- Compensation of $20.00/h plus a percentage of sales commission.

Contract:
This position runs between June and September.

- Tuesdays at the Parksville Farmers Market: 4:00pm-10:00pm

- Thursdays at the Nanaimo Night Market: 3:00pm-10:00pm
