Hours: Full day, all year round ( 8am - 5pm)

Competitive Starting Salary with an option of increase every 3 months based on work ethic

We are a fast-growing distributor of auto and architectural vinyl wrap and supplies. We are located in the greater Toronto area with over 11 online stores, which attracts customers worldwide. We experience high volumes of sales daily and have a set time to fulfill each one of them. Our customers expect perfection and that's what we deliver.

Here’s where you come in!

Instawraps is looking for a new team member to join our Concord location. We are searching for a customer service and inside sales associate to join our team at our commercial facility. We require an ambitious and hardworking individual with a positive attitude and good work ethics who can multi-task, prioritize, and manage his or her time effectively. The suitable candidate should be able to pay careful attention on the job, follow instructions precisely, be willing to work with employees at all levels of the company and be able to liaise with customers, vendors and management, and double-check his or her work before completing a task. Our company offers a competitive salary and we also have an extensive in-house training program for the right applicant.

Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll be responsible for in this role…

• Ability to be on time, reliable, and courteous to customers, colleagues, and superiors.
• Ability to answer phone calls, and handle our customers requests.
• Ability to perform cold calls, project sales and record payments.

• Be able to address customers to the right parties.
• Process and issue customer orders and invoices and any additional paperwork for outgoing shipments.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
• Obtain freight quotes and arrange shipping with couriers and freight forwarders for both customer and supplier purchase orders based on order size and shipping requirements.
• Be willing to work and liaise with warehouse, sales, and management staff to ensure customer satisfaction, productivity, and to gain an all-round understanding and appreciation of the company and the business environment.
• Work with purchasing personnel to ensure timely delivery of material and be able to take on purchasing duties when required.
• Work well in group atmosphere and be willing to share thoughts and ideas to increase sales, company efficiency, resources, etc.

Qualities / Skills that we need you to have:

• High school diploma
• Good command of the English language, both oral & written
• Extremely punctual and reliable
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn about the industry and new tasks
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to react quickly and provide solutions to problems and be able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon and eBay systems and other online marketing tools would be an asset.

Pay

• Competitive salary starting at $20/h, with a constant increase up to $28/h
• 45h/week, Monday to Friday with an option for extras
