```Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling cars or potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proven ability for strong sales, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Your Salary fully depends on yourself. We are a family run Dealership with a home like feel and fun atmosphere. We sell lots of cars at great prices and with a great reputation.

Duties:

- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and social media platforms.

- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers

- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

-Ensure the lot is maintained and organized

-Ensure all vehicle inventory for sale has appropriate price tags, signs and stock tags as per the dealership's standard's

- We are a team that helps eachother you will be assisting with preparing vehicles for sale, including organizing and calling mechanics, sending vehicles to be certified to specified location. Helping to locate parts or orders for vehicles.

-Advertise the inventory and ensure all inventory is pictured and retail ready

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities

- maintain accurate records of sales activities

Requirements:

- Proven experience in auto sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- valid Drivers license

- must be registered and in good standing with OMVIC. Must have completed the OMVIC automotive certification course

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
