What you’ll do

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Business Transformation Consultant

Location: Montreal

Expected start date to end date: February 2024 - January 2025

  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of Business Transformation consulting projects.
  • Collaborate with SAP teams to support the creation of key customer deliverables advising them with their transformation strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on customers and industry trends.
  • Document and summarize Interviews with Customers’ Senior Leadership.
  • Attend the workshops with Customers’ Business and IT Directors, support the preparation of the workshops' material, and the documentation of workshops’ findings.
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from degree in business, management, engineering or related field.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Highly analytical, can-do mindset, problem-solver, methodical approach to dealing with complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity.
  • Professional attitude and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to the success of the team.
  • Excellent French and English oral and writing skills.
  • Provide a copy of your cover letter and resume both in French and English.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18.00 - 36.00 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
