responsibilities 
scheduling 
  • Full management and representation of the office of a C-Suite Executive, inclusive of, but not limited to management of their calendar, email inbox and personal and business contacts. 
  • Coordinates and sends meeting invitations and agendas to attendees, books meeting rooms and arranges for IT resources and refreshments in support of a smooth and efficient meeting facilitation for all office locations where SLT members may be located. 
  • Ensure all 1:1 meetings with the CFO have the agenda in the calendar ahead of their meeting  
  • Organizes and manages complex international multi-leg travel, including oversight of Executives’ end to end travel, detailed daily itineraries, meeting schedules, and secures travel visas where required 
communication 
  • Act as a communications liaison with department as required, including composing and sending outgoing responses and teamwide communication on behalf of the CFO 
  • Assist CFO with external communications across various platforms including LinkedIn, as well as preparing for external speaking engagements 
  • Respond to inquiries or refer them to the appropriate destination 
  • Responds to inquiries or refers them to the appropriate partner.  
  • Prepares briefing notes and minutes of meetings, as required. 
organization management 
  • Manages confidential Insider information as it relates to their Executive and department. 
  • Manages activities, communications and materials related to the Board of Directors, Senior Advisory Committees and the Senior Leadership Team. 
  • Establishes work priorities and directs assignment of work to various department staff according to scope of allowed authority. 
  • Plans Agenda for monthly DR team meeting and follow up action items 
  • Plans and coordinates the agenda and presenters for Bi-Annual CFO Org Gathering  
  • Oversee planning and execution of in-market immersions and store tours. 
  • Supports Executives and their leadership team in delivering departmental Annual Operating Plan and Annual Strategic Plan. 
  • Partners with Office of the CEO on annual company calendar. 
  • In partnership with in-house Mobility team, oversees and supports with immigration, relocation and employee setup of incoming Senior Executives
  • Conducts research background information on behalf of the Senior Executive
  • Maintains confidential personal information of Senior Executive and ensures information is handled appropriately.  
  • Oversees the approval of department expenses, including the review of employee expense claims for accuracy and adherence to policy on behalf of Senior Executive
  • Review Senior Leaders expenses prior to approval  
  • Organization of departmental events and activities, including offsites. 
  • Leads and partners with other members of Executive Assistant team to coordinate companywide events/townhalls 
  • Participates as a member on committees or project teams as requested or as appropriate to the role. 
  • Partner with P&C (People & Culture) to maintain Department policies as necessary. 
  • Provides coaching and mentorship to colleagues regarding Senior Executive requests. 
  • Authority to make decisions on behalf of the Senior Executive
  • Prepare briefing notes and minutes of meetings as requested 
  • Delegates and follows up on action items that fall within realm of responsibility. 
  • Providing Senior Executive ad-hoc support on an as needed basis. 
qualifications 
  • 5-8+ years’ experience in a Senior Executive support level capacity with increasing responsibilities. 
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise initiative, tact, sound judgment and prioritization. 
  • Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality. 
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a demanding and fast paced environment with little or no supervision. 
  • Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. 
  • Experience working with a publicly traded company.

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. 

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $79,100 - $103,800annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement


This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
