We're looking for a Senior Manager to join our diverse & vibrant team. Rümi is a member of the ATCO family and operates 3 lines of business under the Rümi umbrella: Rümi Products & Services, ATCOenergy and Blue Flame Kitchen.
Reporting to the President, ATCOenergy, the Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for leading the Financial Planning process, analyzing performance, and providing strategic insights for all lines of Business under Rumi: ATCOEnergy, Blue Flame Kitchen and Rumi. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models, contributing to the company's overall financial success. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial data are essential for this role.
On a daily basis, you'll be...

• Leading the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts
• Analyzing financial performance, identifying key trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for financial models
• Providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis
• Overseeing the preparation of management reports and presentations
• Continuously assessing and enhancing the Financial Planning processes

What you're great at:

• Managing financial processes, interpreting complex data, and providing actionable recommendations
• Leading and developing a team of Financial Analysts to deliver exceptional results
• Communicating financial insights to diverse stakeholders

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA or CFA Designation required; MBA would be an asset
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in finance and accounting
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in the energy or commodity trading sector would be an asset
