Strategy and Programs TA Experience
Responsible for supporting the planning, implementation and management of Talent Acquisition and Candidate & Recruiter Experience, Recruiter Onboarding and Ongoing Training, and Recruitment Processes and continuous improvement activities. Working closely with Talent Marketing, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Business Leaders, we have an opportunity to enhance moments that matter and build operational excellence into our approaches. This incumbent will be excited to partner with an engaged team, collaborative, curious, innovative, and results-focused with an interest to create a positive candidate experience.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

-Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
-Understands needs of business and designs strategic initiatives to support.
-Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
-Provide oversight across team’s day-to-day recruitment activities, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the service and/or candidate experience.
-Manage escalated and complex issues (e.g., business-related questions and complexities with certain talent marketing scenarios) and ensure activities are delivered in compliance with legislative requirements.
-Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
-Drive innovation in this field by keeping an eye on upcoming trends, tools and leverage that data to enable bank-wide onboarding efforts.
-Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vison/values/business strategy, and managing succession and development planning for the team.
-You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and are curious.
-You will develop and implement program management methodologies and tools that promote efficiency, collaboration, and accountability.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? - We'd love to work with you if you have:

-8+ years of experience developing and managing employee programs.
-Previous experience building end to end processes.
-Continuous improvement mindset
-Experience with design and execution of learning and development programs
-Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners and known as a strong collaborator.
-Experience working in complex and/or large organizations.
-Ability to leverage data from multiple sources to analyze and understand business trends as well as use analytics and insights to influence change.
-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
