Lead strategic print planning including ongoing consultation, project management and budget analysis for One Company print programs including Mark’s & FGL, CTR Grand Opening, Pro Hockey Life & Party City flyers & CTR promo store signage program. Annual planning and ongoing strategic analysis includes working closely with print vendor(s) to recommend formats based on promo requirements, managing print cost estimating, budgeting and reporting, and proposing press efficient print solutions to meet promo & ad budget targets and align with CT strategies.

What you’ll do
Print planning & project management for select one company print programs includes working closely with print vendors to identify and recommend print format options & prepare print proposals including cost analysis reports & estimates
Work within print team and with FP&A and accounting teams to develop and track print budgets and manage monthly accounting including vendor invoicing & monthly forecasting and accruals for designated print programs including national blue box fees
Work closely with x-functional Distribution, Promo Planning and Marketing teams to develop cost effective and efficient options & creative print solutions to support and deliver on marketing strategies
On going project management includes creating & communicating print schedules, and leading weekly team meetings to ensure all parties are tracking to timelines and deliverables. Also includes collaborating on solutions with vendor (s) and x-functional teams to lead resolution of any executional issues that may arise.
Create decks/make presentations/engage in meetings/lead and facilitate x-functional team meetings as required
Track promo store signage inventory and order select corporate and dealer SKU’s as required to effectively manage the CTR promo store signage program
Lead and/or support Ad Hoc print & production related initiatives/projects including flyer and postcard testing & process development initiatives as required
What you’ve done
3-5 years in a marketing position providing cost and program analysis to key business units
A production/project management and/or marketing background is a plus with experience working with creative concepts and ability to innovate and visualize solutions.
Proven ability to create cost estimates and plan & track budget planning/tracking and reporting
Ability to investigate options, develop proposals and communicate/present new concepts
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple work projects and demands ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Proven ability to manage ambiguity, problem solve, and make recommendations
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with Coupa is an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with senior level managers including AVP’s/VP’s
Experience working with 3rd party vendors is a plus
Excellent analytical, influencing, communication and organizational skills
