Senior Project Co-ordinator - Ottawa - Mid-riseThe organization is a major, well known General Contractor based in Ottawa and with a presence across Eastern Ontario.

Senior Project Co-ordinator - Ottawa - Mid-riseReporting to the Project Manager/ Construction Manager, the Project Coordinator will assist and support the Project Manager(s) on various projects. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for all coordinating duties and assist with the project administrative processes.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for all co-ordination activities for a major $100 Million+, 9 story mid-rise residential new-build in Ottawa.
• The role will be based on-site
• The initial project is expected to last for 2.5-3 years.
• Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Program and Policy and Procedures Manual.
• Assist the project team to adhere to the timelines and deliverables.
• Understand the contract documents
• Manage day-to-day activities for the Project Management team.
• Utilize Project Management software, to complete all project administration.
• Any other duties a required
