We are located in Toronto's entertainment district, and our team is always growing and we are looking for experienced Server Assistants to be a part of our famiglia.

Here at Oretta we are passionate about genuine hospitality, Italian wines and delicious cuisine. Our chef draws his inspiration from his childhood in Sicily, Italy, and encourages our team to learn the history behind the cuisines of each Italian region. We have carefully cultivated our wine and cocktail list with an Italian sommelier to provide a true Italian experience when guests join us. Server Assistants are the backbone of the Front of House team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean, well-organized restaurant environment
• Inventory management
• Delivering food and drink, describing menu items enthusiastically and accurately
• Cleaning the restaurant in alignment with company standards and cleaning protocols

Must Haves include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of Italian food and wine and enthusiasm to learn more

• Exceptional guest service skills
• Flexible availability including weekdays and weekends
• Love and passion for genuine hospitality
• Smart Serve Certified
• Team player
• Pro-active with a positive attitude
• Friendly and outgoing personality
