Server/Host/Hostess

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated or underage individuals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change to customers
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Experience:
- Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Excellent math skills for accurately calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures is a plus
