The Service Advisor is the primary liaison between the Service Department and its customers. The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting the customers with their maintenance and for service needs in an efficient and professional manner and adhering to the highest standard of Customer Service.
Job Functions:
Greet the clients and perform service walk around, and ensure customer needs are assessed and signatures obtained during the appointment check in
Coordinate with dispatch and the BDC to ensure no scheduling conflicts
Keep in touch with clients throughout the entire service process
Maintain the documentation on work orders and ensure required data has been collected and updated as necessary throughout the repair process
Monitor carry over repairs and keep customers informed
Organize and receive payment and release vehicle to owner after servicing
Treat our customers as though they are family returning to visit you

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
Previous experience in a high-volume dealership is considered an asset
Excellent customer service skills
Effective time management skills
