What you'll do:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with service inquiries and appointments.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and questions, providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance.
- Communicate service options, pricing, and timelines clearly and transparently to customers.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain service logs and records, including customer information, service history, and warranty details.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers over the phone.
- Assist technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hot tubs and related equipment.
- Collaborate closely with service technicians, sales staff, and management to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Who We Are Looking For:
We're seeking passionate individuals who are:
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and a zest for life
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of hot tubs, spa equipment, or related products is highly desirable.
- Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed.
