What you'll do:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with service inquiries and appointments.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and questions, providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance.
• Communicate service options, pricing, and timelines clearly and transparently to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain service logs and records, including customer information, service history, and warranty details.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers over the phone.
• Assist technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hot tubs and related equipment.
• Collaborate closely with service technicians, sales staff, and management to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Who We Are Looking For:

We're seeking passionate individuals who are:

• Energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and a zest for life
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of hot tubs, spa equipment, or related products is highly desirable.
• Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
