To ensure optimum customer service, we’re hiring a Customer Experience Advocate to work one-on-one with our clients. Your job will consist of greeting clients, completing a walk around of the vehicle, preparing service estimates, administration function, documenting correspondence. We offer in-house training and support as well as competitive compensation. Enhanced service process implemented, including capturing a video of every vehicle in service to explain and document the work required resulting in an opportunity for Customer Experience Advocatesto earn up to an additional $13 per hour through our bonus program.
The Customer Experience Advocate is responsible for delivering a positive client experience while the client's vehicle is in service. The advocate will ensure that Gyro’s procedures are followed and executed with excellence.
