Dilawri Group in Ontario is now actively searching for a Service Advisorto join the team at Bolton Toyota
Apply to this position if you:
- Have a clean drivers abstract and G license
- Love meeting new people and helping to solve their problems
- Have an understanding of the service operation in a dealership environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department
- Greeting customers on the phone or in the Dealership
- Providing repair recommendations
- Explaining the nature of repairs
- Advising customers how to look after their vehicles
- Scheduling appointments
- Selling labour
- Providing an extraordinary experience for all customers
Qualifications:
- Service operation software experience
- Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
- An aptitude for customer relations/service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to sell required maintenance
- Ability to work as a part of a TEAM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
