Cabot Ford Lincoln is growing! Already one of Atlantic Canada’s leading automotive dealerships, we are seeking a new full-time Service Advisor for our Service Department.
In this position you will:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner as they drop off and pick up their vehicles.
- Accurately capture any vehicle issues the customer describes and record it in an actionable work order for technicians to complete.
- Relay any questions or updates between the service team and customer while the vehicle is being serviced.
- Accurately explain the service invoice to the customer and collect payment for the work completed.
- Help resolve any customer questions or concerns regarding their vehicle.
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.
- Review any issues or questions with the Service Advisors or the Service Manager.
- Actively watch for any issues or concerns so they can be addressed as early as possible.
- Assist the Service Manager in related tasks as needed.
Applicants should have:
- A clean criminal background check.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- High level of organization.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office programs, including word processing and appointment calendars.
This is a full-time position, typically from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
