Service Concierge

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest relations and customer service
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the facility and local area
- Handle phone systems, including answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed
- Handle guest requests and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs

- facilitate service to sale hand-offs

- work closely with all departments in the dealership to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events is a plus
