Performance Hyundai is currently seeking aService Concierge to join our dynamic team in St. Catharines. The ideal candidate will be a people person and a self-starter with strong communication skills.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
Greeting customers.
- Tagging and parking service vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of washing vehicles.
- Conducting free alignments inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
- Greeting customers and keeping the drive-thru clean.
- Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership.
- Other duties as assigned by management
What you need to succeed:
Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
- Merchandising experience is an asset.
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles is an asset.

Salary: $18 per hour
