Delco Security is currently recruiting for the position of Service Coordinator to support its growing team. This role will provide general administrative and clerical support to the Delco Security group within our Vaughan, ON office. This role is full-time, in office.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, is highly motivated, well organized, and welcomes challenging and interesting work in a dynamic, team-based environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate service calls between Delco technical staff and clients.
- Manage open work orders for services and equipment supply.
- Support all procurement activities for work orders and projects.
- Work with Project Coordinators and Project Managers to maintain schedules for internal staff.
- Review staff safety documentation daily to ensure compliance with Delco H&S program.
- Answer and direct services, sales, and project-related coorespondence.
- Support the sales process with local estimators and sales reps.
- Manage the shipping and receiving for the office, as related to all work orders and projects.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Customer service oriented, encompassing a positive and professional attitude
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating work pressures and able to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including the use of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Experience working in service and project-oriented environment is considered an asset.
Desired
- Post-secondary education such as a degree or diploma in Commerce, General Business, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
